The INTGEOTHER project aims to develop an integrated software tool for the implementation and sizing of shallow geothermal energy collection systems-SGE. To be able to characterize the best design and implementation solutions from a geological, energetic and performance point of view. It is aimed at architects, specifiers and installers/designers who want to have an innovative tool to support their decisions or enhance the value of their products. This will allow them to analyse the environment and suitability of geothermal energy collection systems taking into account the criteria of: geological environment, thermal demand of the building, environmental impacts and performance of the probes. Each of these parameters will include a series of indicators, which can be consulted.
The software can predict whether geothermal energy could be feasible in a location and if so, it provides related values such as number and type of suitable pumps.
