DESCRIPTION / SCOPE

3 lab rooms, with 3 high-powered computers that support virtual reality systems with high resolutions, 2 Oculus Rift, 2 Kinect Xbox One, and sound and recording systems.

1) Design of content in virtual and augmented reality environments for the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders (e.g., phobias, emotional disorders, eating disorders, etc.); mobile applications and web platforms to assess psychological processes and dispense treatments for psychological disorders;) 2) Validation and testing of the acceptability and efficacy of technologies in promoting well-being through experimental studies.
